Literally nothing. I’m astounded at the great service I got. I spoke to an agent from North Carolina. She was lovely. Then I had to call and change something. Next agent also lovely. Then I had several texts and emails explaining things to me. Then upon checkin the gentleman at Pidges Car Wash in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario was outstanding. He checked me in and gave me a few pointers. Incredible experience from beginning to end. U-Haul was decently priced, easy on fuel and easy to drive. 11/10 stars

No one was there when I was to pick up trailer Did everything my self
Nicholas GTruck was clean. Tires looked bald. Gas guage was on empty. I didnt get the dolly or the moving blankets as required. Parking lot was not plugged. Got stuck and had to dig ourselves out. Tow truck was dispatched but it wasnt going to be there for over an hour. I really needed those items. The staff at uhaul were very kind and helpful. Maybe the location could have made sure that those items were in the truck along with at least enough gas to get going. I would still use Uhaul, but Id make sure everything is included first.
