Difficult to use mobile pick up and price change was unacceptable.
Merissa D.When we picked up the truck we offered and agreed to take the truck back to a location 2.3 hours away from thevremote location we were moving to., we had been we offered a great discount to do so. However I did not factor in how tired I would be after the move. So we were very happy that the receiving location was really easy to return the truck yo AND had us on our way in less then 5 minutes.
Kathy J.Broken windshield, i feel like half tank of the gas was on purpose. So you don't know how much to fill up. I filled up way more than what i did get and still got charged extra for some reason.
