The person who checked us out had never done anything with U-haul before. She was nice, but did not know what she was doing. It took a long time and errors were made. We were charged for things we did not want and we are still trying to resolve them.

Service was slow and workers didn’t act like they cared at all.

The clerk was taking his time and attended to multiple store customers while I waited.

I rent all the time...I'm a professional mover, this was the worst service by dealer in my 14 years of experience of getting U-Haul trucks.

0 stars. Uhaul people were rude, tries to over charge us, didn't give us proper equipment. When we went back and asked they said "we're eating breakfast you need to wait an hour" on top of that we never signed off on the Uhaul approving that we were okay with water damage because the Uhaul was damaged. Didn't notice till we started packing. When I called to ask about it I was told a manager would contact me and it's been 4 days and still no one has contacted me. My furniture now has water damage.

It took over 1 hour to get my order checked out, despite being set up days before on-line. Check out person had no idea what they were doing and I had to hook the car dolly up myself. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone!

Great, In and out.

They could use some additional people there to handle the check in. The clerk on duty did not really have an idea of what was going on initially but then seemed to remember what I needed to do to drop off. Did make me nervous as I wanted the truck to get logged in correctly.

This was one of the worst experience I had in my life.I rented a truck and trailer. The truck strained and idle up to 4 1/2 just to get to 40 mph then when it got to 50 mph it jerked so I had to drive between 45 mph and 50 mph the entire trip. Then the trailer had 2 blow outs. The first blow out I waited only 20 minutes for road side assistance. The second blow out I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for road side assistance.I was so exhausted from all that I had to rent a hotel room and continue my journey the next day so a 16 hour move took 2 days.I recommend that they inspect there equipment(truck) before renting it out especially if the customer is traveling long distance.
