The person on this end was also terrific: 100% polite, kind and professional. I could not believe how beautifully decorated and maintained the U-Haul office was--even down to the lavender-scented soap in the bathroom. It was stunning and let her know how gorgeous and beautifully maintained her office was.

This place is in a bad part of town. It was pouring rain and no one offered to help me unhook the trailer. U haul needs to go do some undercover work at their non company locations. I will stick with company locations in the future.
