How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one was there to give me the keys to the truck. Uhaul customer service tried to help and give me the code to the lockbox but it wasn't the right code. Employees turned up 30 minutes later, with bags of fast food, no apologies, then sent me on my way with a van that had a flat tire. I returned the van as soon as I could after my meeting (which they made me late for) They still tried to charge me even though I couldn't use the van for what I needed (a 200 mile drive) and drove a total of 6 miles (to my house & back) 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.
