No one was there to give me the keys to the truck. Uhaul customer service tried to help and give me the code to the lockbox but it wasn't the right code. Employees turned up 30 minutes later, with bags of fast food, no apologies, then sent me on my way with a van that had a flat tire. I returned the van as soon as I could after my meeting (which they made me late for) They still tried to charge me even though I couldn't use the van for what I needed (a 200 mile drive) and drove a total of 6 miles (to my house & back) 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.

Karen MIf I could give zero stars I would! Horrible experience with renting a U-haul truck from this location. They didn’t have the truck I booked even though I called 3 times to confirm they would have it. After I turned the truck in I was being charged for not turning the truck in and refueling even though I refueled to the same mileage that was in at pick up and returned it early to the exact location I picked up from when I reached out to them to see what was going on she had literally no idea about anything advised she would do research and reach back out to me the following morning 3 days past and I had to reach out to her just for her to say she no longer has access to my account. This matter is still not settled
