This is for Corporate and the General manager. The owner running this Uhaul was extremely kind. Apparently the day I picked up was a saturday that he is closed, but he helped me anyhow. you need to maintain your schedule with him as he said he is open every other saturday. I picked up the uhaul rental on 3/21 and it was supposed to be a day he was closed. I feel this needs to be addressed to your systems and general manager that although the owner was available to process the payment and hook up the trailer for me (thank you very much dave) I don't think it's right that you don't have the correct schedule online on the system.
