Very bad experience at Bilal Corp. On the first day, I wasted about one hour going back and forth with staff just trying to get the truck key so I could get to my job. I ended up being late to my customer and had to pay three workers for the time we were waiting. I rented from this location again the second day hoping for a smoother experience, but it was even worse. I loss about 1.5 hours, and during that time the staff made racial slurs and insulting comments about my body type and skin color, which was completely unacceptable. In the end, I never received the truck there and had to go to another location to pick it up, making me about 1.5 hours late to another customer. Both days were different jobs, and both customers were affected by the delays while I still had to pay my workers for the wasted time. After this experience, I would not trust this location with my personal information, including my credit card details, address, or name. I do not recommend this location at all. They call and text from different numbers threatening you be careful

U-Haul changed my location made it farther
PAUL BTrailer was left unsweept with saw dust and misc. stuff all over the floor. No one met me to assist in hook up and checking brake lights. Wheels were in mounds of snow so very difficult to hook up and I’m an able bodied 30 year old guy. I don’t know how my wife would have done it if she was alone. I was texting and calling the guy and he would not answer. Upon drop off I was told it wasn’t hooked up properly. So, because no one was there, I didn’t know how to properly hook it up causing a safety concern for myself and others on the road. Someone needs to call me and rectify this situation. I normally don’t leave reviews or not one to create issues, but this was ridiculous and the worst customer experience I’ve had.

Gilberto SDouble check if any maintenance is required on vehicles before renting, such as front end wheel alignment . Also once every month or 2 lube the cargo tracks for easier use. Everything else like customer service were very helpful and friendly. Thanks for everything.
