They used a damaged connector and subsequently failed and I have to waste time for road side assistance. Charged me more than my booking amount. Added insurance without asking me on the charge as well. Hard to speak with them as there is no physical person on the pickup location. I have to drivr 3okm to pickup and they promised me $50 discount for the distance but never seen where they honored that.

Great place to rent. Customer care excellent
SIVANESAN KI have been charged extra. I tried to call customer service they said they are busy, i need to call back. Better business bureau needs to look into it.
Het PHave used U-Haul over the years and the Finch location in Scarborough is a 5 on 5. Efficient, polite, and accommodating. Excellent all round.
