There was no signage and it was very difficult to find the dropbox. When calling uHhall for assistance I was transferred several times and it took about 20 minutes to finally get an answer

I had ordered 2 dollies with the truck and expected them to be in the truck. They did not have them in stock and did not notified me that I would not have them for the move. I had to scramble last minute to find replacement dollies. The truck also came with a tank that was only 1/4 full. So we had to stop to fill up the tank before leaving Toronto and it makes it very difficult to bring the truck back with the same fuel quantity.

His name was Raj and he was located out of the Scarborough, office. Anyway, give this guy a raise or a promotion because he went above and beyond. Blew my mind. Very professional AAA+ Thanks Raj!

Peter GRaj, the kind of guy to be there for you when its convenient, but then when you actually need him he'll tell you he'll call you right back and then dodge your calls all day long. WORST EXPERIENCE. Would NOT recommend any one use this location/guy unless you want ZERO customer support. Probably better off carrying whatever you need to your destination.
