i went and when they were showing me around the vehicle the keys got locked inside and couldnt open for 3 hours and then couldnt get the vehicle out of the snow. I am very disappointed so i had to book another vehicle after 4pm. Super waste of time. please refund.

AKMAL AThe service representative arrived late and struggled with a slow website, claiming she couldn't access it. Despite me calling customer care myself to obtain a scheduling number and offering it as a solution, she showed no interest in using it and remained distracted on her personal mobile without providing assistance. Additionally, the rental vehicle's windows and mirrors were blocked with snow, making it unsafe to drive initially.
