Trailer was not ready when we arrived - it had a flat tire. The tire put on the trailer was not correct and trailer pulled with a crab - it was noticed on return and agent asked about it then stated that she would address it with them. While replacing the tire he stopped to then work with another who was returning a trailer further delaying our pickup. Very disappointing

David SI asked for 8am pickup. Scheduled said 10am. I said it's 20 miles. She said 9am. Lady arrived at 930am. There was trailer 5 miles from my house. Same in NOLA. I had to drive 60 miles. St Augustine has 6 car hauler. Corporate is not moving trailers.
Paul MTires were bald and blew out 25 min into travel time and waited 5 hours and for two different shops to figure out how to change tires
