The entire return experience (after hours) was a complete nightmare.. I had flashbacks to when I sold my home thru Open Door...(excessive picture taking), drop box. The haul app SUCKS.

Very comfortable experience. Polite associate quick return. My paperwork said I was to return the truck at one place but I missed a text during the move telling me to return it elsewhere. However the associate said here I was to return it originally took steps to return to the original drop off location, I was very pleased with him for doing that, I didn’t want to have to go elsewhere.
