Terrible front office attitude. I had difficulty calling to extend my rental. I would be put on immediate hold with no opportunity to speak. The office would leave you on hold and not come back on the line. By the time you got through to someone I was so frustrated. In any event the one individual man/manager spoke to me with such disrespect saying I had not called to extend and threatened to fine etc. I explained I had extended earlier in the day with a women at their location but also I had been trying to get through but always put on hold immediately and then left never to be answered. After trying to get through to him this issue he was yelling and put a $900.00 plus deposit on my credit card. The charges were for $239.00 I am still waiting for the credit to appear or be put through. It's been three days and still no $681 credit on my account. I will be filing a complaint with the bbb and a poor review on Yelp and any other platform. Absolutely terrible customer service.SHANE P.
This Uhaul loction is the worse in the entire United States. I've been renting Uhaul equipment for 40 years. The employees at this loction are rude and condescending. They is discriminate against disabled veterans. The manager is a pathological lier and clearly doesn't care about and customers.DION M.
Customer service was lacking from the inside reps. Lots of attitude. If you reserve a truck/van and are not there to pick up on time they will give away your reservation, so call them and let them know, I guess. Outside rep was great. Truck had no A/C. Almost unbearable in the Phoenix heat. If it had been during the day I wouldn't have been able to do it for risk of passing out.Joseph C.
The only problem with the auto transport trailer was tat one of the ramps could not be released from the aluminum tab keeping it in place when being driven. Had to get a dead blow hammer from my garage to extract the ramp on the right side. The other issue on picking up the trailer was not really of U-Haul's doing. There was a very long line to check-in, showing that the place was popular on a Saturday morning.James R.
Front desk people are extremely rude! Had a simple question about returning the U-Haul so I called in and they answered the phone with straightly putting me on hold and left me on hold for 30 minutes! I ended up calling them 5 times and every time I asked to speak to a manager and not to be placed on hold they hung up on me. It was extremely rude and will never ever rent from you guys again! The trailer I rented had a nail in the tire when I picked it up and I did not realize it until I was ready to leave town . They brought out another tire 1 1/2 hour later and that had a nail in it also. They mounted two new tires on the trailer so I could get on the road. Please do a better job of checking for this !ron S.
There is no way to tell how much gas is needed to leave the vehicle the same as it was when I picked it up. I showed a receipt for $43 of gas I put in and the truck had 1/4 tank of gas More upon my return than when I picked it up. I got screwed. There should be some amount of credit for mileage charge for the extra gas you got.Ann Marie A.
After having rented the uhaul trailer the evening prior with a non-functioning tail light, going to another dealer to have it repaired only to be told 'it wasn't their problem as it wasn't rented from their facility' and doing my research verifying that it was a ticketable offense to have a non-functioning running light on a trailer and that the trailer should have never been rented out considering the illegality, I decided to return the uhaul trailer to this facility as it was closer to my home and had good customer reviews. Unfortunately, this experience proved to be only slightly improved (?) from my previous 2 experiences with uhaul. The people at this location had me wait for an hour as they called (various?) state department agencies to determine the legality of hauling the trailer with a non-functioning light. Mind you, this was a trip a trip 1/2 way across country across 6 states. Rather than putting the customer first, they attempted to find reasons why they should not take the trailer back. Ultimately, as noted on the previous comments section I did receive a refund (sans 1 day rental and $40 insurance for the 1 day of frustration/3 uhaul dealer stops that I made). I would certainly look at other means for moving needs based on my experience with these 3 uhaul dealerships.James L.

Make sure we know that the blankets were rented and not purchased. I called Cust serv to check and they said they were ours, but when we turned in the truck, we had to turn then in. We had a HORRENDOUS experience many years ago with UHAUL< but this was a FANTASTIC experience..Thank you!Glynn P.
The gas was tank stated as â€œfullâ€ at the counter it was only 5/8 full. I didn't realize until after the app was closed. Counter was busy so I decided to call & inform the dealer from the road. I was on hold for 25 min. Hung up because I had to start my move. I tool pics so I had proof. Was a hassle on the return because the app the dealer used was difficult for the employee to correct the mistake. Also, the driver side visor was broken & fell out in my lap while driving. The cab light button retracted into the console when I pushed it. The left side of the drivers seat is crushed & the entire van tilted left. At 92,000 miles you should probably retire this vehicle. Inside cab was otherwise clean. The outside was covered in bugs and all scratched and dinged.Beth L.
