Not sure how to improve, but what I was very happy & impressed with, was it took me less than 10 minutes for process. When I got there I put my truck on line. Behind several others being checked in. I started walking towards office & a Uhaul specialist greeted me & asked if I needed help. I showed him a copy of contract, & said he would take of it, email me statement, & said thank you & just like that done. Best service ever had

I signed up for self check out. Had trouble with the person at the other end confirming my photo to the one on my driver's license. Took way too long. The people inside were very helpful in getting that resolved, but the process took way too long even with them helping.

The customer service stunk. Several rude people face to face and on the phone. Never received a callback from manager complaint. Didn't get quoted the right price. Made it convenient for uhaul to go to 20ft when I reserved a 26ft and still got huge attitude. Not happy with the service.

I will be speaking to corporate. The game you play with the gas not being on full when you receive the truck is bordering on criminal. It is clear that you are quite literally banking on people making mistakes on how much gas needs to be put in to the tank for return. I am going to pitch this to a couple of attorneys. With a company as big as uhaul with all of its trucks and locations it would make a class action lawsuit.

U-Haul Contract 92779536 I was given the pick up till of dog hair and without the window shade and was charged $100 for cleaning when it was given to me dirty. I arrived at 4:50 pm yesterday to return but when no one came out to the check in zone I went inside around 4:55 and was instructed to leave the keys in the drop box outside and that they would take care of it. Then I was charged for not returning on time when I was 10 minutes early AND when I went to pick it up at 3 I didn't leave until 3:30 because there was only one person handling reservations and he was taking his time with another guest.

I would rate everything exceptional, but... I was charged for a utility dolly I never requested or used. (I did request/use/pay for an equipment dolly.) I've yet to hear back about how to resolve the invalid charge (tomorrow it'll be a week since I rented the truck). If that gets resolved I'll be a happy customer. It was a seamless rental process (or so I thought until I received the receipt. In hindsight, I should have waited for a receipt upon returning the truck versus trusting the e-mail receipt process) Staff was very friendly and again, I would consider the experience A+ if not for the over-charge and still unresolved.

Can you please look into it? We are very unhappy about the whole procedure with Uhaul. ........................................................................................................ Hello, We' ve rented a 10 ft truck from Uhaul at 15455 N 84th St Scottsdale, AZ 8526 and got overcharged for something we were never told to do. I've called the customer service already and asked them why we were charged the extra rental of $39,90 which was not mentioned either to me or my husband in the time of renting and she said that it was due to not reporting our return online. We rented our truck at 3pm planning to return it at 5pm on Aug 27 since the office closed at 5pm but were told clearly that we could bring it back whenever we wanted yesterday evening and there won't be any other charge occurring. Still we did bring it back within 4 hour rental frame and dropped the key as we were told. At 3pm my husband and I asked uhaul at the above location a few times if that was everything else we needed to do for the return except dropping the key. Again nobody told us about the online form to fill out in order not to pay for this supposedly overnight charge. If we had known that there was such a hidden charge we wouldn't have rented it from Uhaul in the first place. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible regarding this.
