I paid ahead of time for my uhual. I brought it back with exact gas, bit, went over mileage by about 40 miles. Which I told the woman I rented off of. I was happy to pay the extra until she overcharged me. She charged me for gas even though it was correct. I do not appreciate people who try to scam others. I have not paid it. If a manager woukd like to call me, im happy to pay the mileage I owe and nothing more.
MELISSA SThe man setting everything up took a long time and couldn’t hear what I said. I asked him for additional miles to be added and they weren’t. Because of this, I had to pay a mileage overeage charge of $10 upon drop off.
