location did not open on time, delayed plans by 30 minutes. Cab of vehicle was not clean. Service provider at location was friendly and courteous.

ROSA R.Dissatisfied. Your utility hand truck was clearly marked at $7.99. Deduction from bank transaction was $10+ when I returned the hand truck with $7.00 rental cost still showing. I complained to Uhall agent for price adjustment. He said “price went up†adjustment “ain't happening.? “ Poor customer service; I want Uhall to honor their $7 advertised price.

I dropped the truck off Saturday afternoon June 4 and they put on my receipt that it was dropped off Sunday morning June 5 and they charged me 40 dollars for being 1 day late when I was over 14 hours early returning the truck.
