There was no where to drop my u haul off at and was told to take it to the beebee caps location and got charged over 250 for it I filed a dispute but haven't heard anything

Terry called me while I was in route to introduce himself and to make sure I knew where to return the truck and auto transporter. Told me if I had any questions or problems to let him know call his phone. He answered all my texts returned my calls even on Sunday.

NORA SFollow protocol. I am still waiting to hear if I will get my money back. Dropping off the u-haul at a different location seemed to be a task that benefited the company at the expense of me.
Jenna ALocation was great. The truck had issues and having to go back and forth to pick up equipment was a real pain. No assistance at the other place to load the trailer into the truck. Cruise only worked about 20%off the time.
