I was charged for services i declined when I made the reservation. When I went to the location the lady scanned my license and then went back through what I had already declined and asked was I sure I did not want the insurance. When I questioned she said they are required to go through the order. Then when I get the receipt I was charged for 2 types of insurance. This has happened a couple of times before and now again. I am not pleased and if not refunded I will ask american express to pull back the charge.
