NORMA NWe had rented a cargo van with furniture dolly and moving box dolly online. Unfortunately, the cargo van they had was having problems, so they rented us a moving truck instead. Because we were moving out of an apartment in downtown Seattle, that caused a lot of extra work for us because we could not park in the building and needed to find street parking on the next block. It would have been helpful to know the situation ahead of time so we could reserve the loading dock and/or figure something else out with management. They also didn't have the furniture dolly, which we had reserved on the app weeks ago. That was apparently a bug with the app. The man who helped us was very nice and professional, though, so it was was a good experience in that way.
