We got there and there was no truck for us .. The agent was stressed. No credit given to us. And then!!! I was told it would be 71 dollars. I got my bill 10 more for taxes. thats BS. Tell us ahead of time. But the truck was great itself

Online I reserved a furniture dolly and furniture pads. When I picked up the truck the cab and cargo area had not been swept out from the prior rental, and I was told I would have to run around to find another uhaul location that had the furniture dolly and pads (costing me time and mileage and fuel expenses). Incidentally, approximately a year ago I rented the same equipment from this same location and had the same issues, so this seems to be a pattern (at least with this location).

JESSICA MCustomer service was amazing! Location did not have many supplies and parking was an issue. A semi truck was blocking all the uhaul trucks on arrival.
