I left the van at your location around 6 PM on October 24, but the office was closed and I couldn’t find anywhere to drop the keys. I brought the keys back the next morning. You charged two rental periods even though the receipt shows less than 24 hours. Please review and refund the extra rental period, associated coverage, and tax.

PAVAN KWe got there and there was no truck for us .. The agent was stressed. No credit given to us. And then!!! I was told it would be 71 dollars. I got my bill 10 more for taxes. thats BS. Tell us ahead of time. But the truck was great itself
Payton GOnline I reserved a furniture dolly and furniture pads. When I picked up the truck the cab and cargo area had not been swept out from the prior rental, and I was told I would have to run around to find another uhaul location that had the furniture dolly and pads (costing me time and mileage and fuel expenses). Incidentally, approximately a year ago I rented the same equipment from this same location and had the same issues, so this seems to be a pattern (at least with this location).
