Easy pick-up/drop-off process but what really stands out is their customer service is second to none!! So incredibly helpful, even on a day they were closed!! Will return here for sure.

JUSTINE EI requested furniture pads (12) and utility dolly. I was charged for it, but they’re not in the truck. I had to cap the agent to inform that and asked for refund. Pick up location was also changed. I have no choice to pickup at the new location .

Robert SIt says the store opens at 11:00. I arrived at 11:20 and everything was closed. I called the office and they said they would open at 11:40. We ended up waiting for over an hour — this is really unacceptable.
