Reservation made 10 days prior for 7am. Clerk could see reservation on computer but had to get authorization from someone else who didn’t answer phone- over and over. After 40 minutes, I call national U-Haul and she talked to him and began arranging alternate company. Clerk finally made contact with his person. Then took 15 minutes to find keys. He apologized over and over. We left about 8:20. Rough start but 26 ft truck was great. Suggestion: person authorizing needs to get up earlier and answer the phone. Ridiculous! Clerk was not at fault.
