On the day and time (12:00) to pick up truck the girl working said she did not know how to do the rentals and the store owner wouldn’t be in till after 1. After some time got owners phone number and called him and he finally did agreement over the phone. I paid the required payment for estimated mileage and left. The owner was very nice in helping me. I returned the truck the next day and I put gas in it to the amount that was in the truck when I got it. The same girl was working and she said to park the truck and I gave her the key and she would get everything closed out when the owner comes in. Got the final invoice a few days later and to my surprise I was being charged for an additional 1,232 miles and a charge of additional $447.03 was charged in my account. After contacting the owner he found out the girl never closed out my rental. So I was charged for the next person that rented the truck for his rental and gas!!! I’ve tried to dispute charge per the owners request. He said to dispute the charge he would ok it. I sent the request in to dispute and I gave the owners name and phone number to contact him but the needed info was not sent to my credit card company. So if you rent from this store/location please make sure when you turn the vehicle back in that they close out your rental!! To make matters worse I’m a single-senior citizen on a fixed income and this over charge has been a bad hit on me.

Gay HDropped off the trailer on 3rd of the month. Guy assured me he would send me the confirmation email. 3 weeks later I received an automatic bill withdrawn from my account for $300 and a receipt that said I had dropped it off on the 12th and incurred 9 extra use days. Just go somewhere else.
Caroline NTrain people that work there what a u-haul truck, trailer is and how to rent one out and check one back in.
Scott WIn my opinion if the the venders around the country are like the ones I had the privilege of using there is nothing more to do ! Thanks U-Haul !
edward gHorrible location. The gal didn’t know how to do U-Haul. Had to call someone. Then said she couldn’t leave the store, but wanted me to pull up to the door after I was hooked up so she could get a picture of the hook up. That would then mean I would have to cross 3 lanes of traffic close to a stoplight. Told her I wasn’t going out that way, because I would have to cross 3 lane’s of traffic. It is a busy road. Not to mention that when I went to hook up the trailer, I had to pull it forward because it had been backed into a bank. I remember when U-Haul people hooked you up, you just had to unhook. Then not mention you have to check in on line, which was frustrating. Multiple emails. This experience was the worst I’ve ever had. U-Haul used to be quick and friendly, not anymore.
Lisa BThere was a wrong phone number and different address than when I signed up. Very stressful. I had to go to address in car to find who had my reservation
DIANE WReservation made 10 days prior for 7am. Clerk could see reservation on computer but had to get authorization from someone else who didn’t answer phone- over and over. After 40 minutes, I call national U-Haul and she talked to him and began arranging alternate company. Clerk finally made contact with his person. Then took 15 minutes to find keys. He apologized over and over. We left about 8:20. Rough start but 26 ft truck was great. Suggestion: person authorizing needs to get up earlier and answer the phone. Ridiculous! Clerk was not at fault.

Terry MWhen I arrived to there were like 4 to 5 people in the parking spot just hanging out looked like smoking and drinking. After I circled the lot a man then came up to the truck he seemed drunk or high and told me they were moving and this is were to park and he worked there. I parked there then went inside to drop off keys and the lady had to call somebody Else then handed me the phone to have them check me out. After that I left then I seen that I got charged for gas when I already gases up the truck and had it over half a tank before dropping off. I don’t know what’s going on but I’m not impressed with this experience.
Timothy MI turned in my tow dolly one day early and I was still charged the full amount. This does not seem right.
