Availability to pick up and drop off on the weekends. Had to pay from friday to Sunday because they were not open on weekend and could only return Monday although i was finish with Uhaul Saturday. It would be more convenient if there was and automatic return system in place. Thank you.
Christian NI wanted a truck from a tuesday until friday and I wanted to rent it again on the next monday but I had to keep it over the weekend even though I didn't need it because the guy at your location told me that he wasnt at the office on either the friday or monday and he had no one to take care of my rental. So, in short, if I had return the truck on friday night I couldn't rent it again the next monday. So I paid for 2 days that I didn't it just to make sure I could have it the next monday
