David BArrange a drop location near my destination. I was told I could drop it off anywhere in Walla Walla WA. Then I was contacted by Uhaul and was given 3 choices all 30min or more from my house when Walla Walla it's only 10
RONALD HSuggest another location that is trained and staffed adequately. As a customer, I should NOT have to hook up my rental trailer and unhook it upon my return!!! UhAul corporate needs to do a better job of picking their dealers!!! I’m 69 years old with a fractured back and rent UhAul equipment about twice a week!!
