All my experience with U-Haul on both the rental and the return. I apologize for my two accidents. The first one, the closure of I-90 in King County due to the snow issues, allowed 18-wheeler trucks onto to this very narrow road, which blocked the movement. My trailer slid to the side three feet and bumped into the semi-truck. They were at a point that they could not make a turn around a bend in the road. This incident took many hours with no sleep. I had to get to Colorado to close my escrow for the house I was moving to. There was a long section of highway with no rest areas. I fell asleep & hit a car for accident 2. It was unusual, because there was no damage to the U-Haul truck, but the vehicle I bumped tumbled. U-Haul services was very good and greatly appreciated.
