The U-Haul was clean but not well-maintained because the axle broke on the first trailer that I had rented in Washington state the second trailer was excellent everyone that helped me when the axle broke on the trailer was super and the service was excellent thank you U-Haul. I always rent from you no matter what size trailer our truck I may be renting. Thank you.

The only thing we didn't get was a locking pin. We had to purchase that ourselves.
