I bought an extra day of rental, and I was told if I bring it back early I would get a refund for the days that I did not use it. Unfortunately this is not the case because I did not get a refund. And I brought it back 2 days early.
MARK RVery friendly and knowledgeable staff. The manager stayed late in order to allow us to return our trailer.
TIMOTHY HI tried uploading drop off pictures but the U-Haul app crashed and wouldn’t let me upload any photos after I restarted the app.
