Dolly wasn’t in there even tho we paid for one. Wouldn’t refund back. Didn’t tell us it was $1 per mile so we paid over $200 for a stupid uhaul to Knoxville.

PAUL CI bought an extra day of rental, and I was told if I bring it back early I would get a refund for the days that I did not use it. Unfortunately this is not the case because I did not get a refund. And I brought it back 2 days early.
MARK RVery friendly and knowledgeable staff. The manager stayed late in order to allow us to return our trailer.
