Make sure truck is maintained well. The truck I used had the front bumper cover off and in the back of the truck and the windshield wiper on the passenger side was way past needing to be replaced.

The key lock box had a 4 dial rotary code but it was very difficult to determine if you were entering the proper code to get the key for the truck. Customer service person (Keisha?) was extremely helpful & patient.
