I appreciate the level of service provided with helping me to understand the fuel charge. The woman was kind and friendly throughout the interaction and she spent the time to make sure that I was heard and helped to figure out and explain things so that I can avoid fuel charges in the future. She was personable and friendly.

Not over charge for gas. I made a trip to Falls and back and you charged me for 8 gallons of gas!!
