Robert DI called this location initially to rent a trailer i have rented recently. My first experience was great. This time I called to rent, I was told they didn't have the trailer I needed. After several calls I found the trailer I needed in milwaukee. I paid triple the cost of the first rental, because of 1 way. When I returned the trailer, the trailer I initially requested was parked outside of the window where they answer the phone, behind another trailer.
