There were no personnel involved at this location because they were closed already by the time I was finished using both the trailer and the truck.

The only thing I realized was when I scanned the barcode, that the drop off location was Saukville , Wi . There was no way I was going to drive the trailer to that location and be able to get back to Green Bay on time for my job.
ADRIAN NAll 3 customer service representatives had very hard time getting the contracts to go through your system, took over an hour for 3 of us as they kept having to start over because of no contract price error. They said it happens system wide and they were professional but frustrated, your company needs to fix that as an hour to check in is unreasonable

SCOTT ULocation and equipment were great. The U-Haul corporate website and app are bad. Rarely work, very slow, and to drop off/end your rental it requires you to be physically at the location while you do it.
