Alignment was off on the steering the bushing on the tie rod on the front end was blown. I’m guessing this vehicle did not have any maintenance before I had it on the front end suspension. Kentucky roads are bad but I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m gonna jump off the road for over an hour.

Staff's customer service skills extremely lacking. I spoke in a kind and gentle manner. Staff not friendly at all. I will NOT choose this UHAUL location again.
