Do not use the reservation through UHaul. I reserved this vehicle a month in advance, and when I went to pick it up, the reservation had me going to a city that was 45 minutes away. Uhaul did not give me a email of an updated pickup location through email. I saved myself a $100 to take my truck to a different city, but after it was all said and done, I was charged that additional $100 for mileage. When I received the invoice yesterday I was charged additional miles to take it to the city that uhaul needed it. I made a call to the establishment and left a message to resolve this, and I have yet to receive that call.
