Being able to check in through the app was extremely convenient, but the staff were also really helpful! They called me ahead of time to confirm everything and were very nice. The truck was in good repair, clean, and did the job. I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again!

What started off as a nightmare due to my reservation being at another location and that location being closed without notice, I went to this location. The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond anything that I was expecting. Definitely will use them for any future needs.

ALEXANDER HMy experience was awful!! They had someone else name on my account whom I didn’t know .. I was suppose to pickup in Shelby NC had to at 9:00 am .. had to drive 35 minutes away to pick up the truck.. I didn’t get the truck until 11:00 am once I got there had to drive 35 mins back and I have to drive 35 mins back to take it back.. the price went up because of their mistake.. no reimbursement.. I have to take it back Monday-Tuesday
