The man running it was very rude to me. I had arranged pick up for 8:30 am and he didn’t even show up to the store where pick up is till 9:00 am. He said he had errands to run. He also threatened to call the police on me because I had started to get tired of waiting on him after a half hour. When I told him I was reporting it to corporate he said he didn’t care they won’t do anything. He was not at all apologetic for being late. Will not use this location ever again.

BRADFORD SProvide customer with a clean truck. The rear box enclosure had debris (chunky dirt, paper, broken plastic, etc.) left inside when I picked it up. I cleaned all this out before I returned the truck. The cab of truck had a strong smell of smoke from someone previous.
