When I first went on line to reserve a truck,the location I wanted to pick up at didn’t have anything available. A note ( in very small print at the top of the reservation ticket said someone from u haul would call me before 5 pm on Friday and let me know what other locations I would be able to pick up the truck at. At 4:15 on Friday I finally called to find out why no one had called yet. The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful and got me connected to someone to help me. The guy I talked with told me how busy he was and I was the next person he was going to call. Sounded like a story I’ve heard before. He was able to find me a truck at Shelbyville but I ordered the truck on Tuesday morning and needed it on Saturday. Not finding out until 4:30 on Friday after I had to initiate the call is pretty poor business practice.
