We got great service from the staff there, and it's a new, well-maintained location. But the main thing I remember is, the staff were excellent.

great person great service
GREGORY BIt was difficult to lift trailer tongue to remove it from the ball on my hitch. I would like to see screw jacks installed on your trailers to assist with engaging and disengaging trailer from vehicle.
JEFFREY HI placed my reservation at the bayshore location, which is closer to my house. The night before, U-Haul called and changed my location to the sentry storage, which is farther from my house. I was told I would get a $50 credit; which I have not seen. When I got to the location; checked in on my phone and opened the back of the truck; there was no keys. I had to call and wait to speak with someone who assigned me a new truck. This all too time which I was being charged for in my 24 hrs.
