The trailer should have a jack and wheel blocks. As well, the safety chains should have a secure mechanism to attach them to the towing vehicule rather than the rubber which fell off.

MICHAEL LI rented a cube only to be told a few days before that the cube was not available. They therefore lent me a smaller truck where I had to do three trips instead of only 1 with my bigger cube ... and now I am invoiced for the additional km taken. I don't see how this extra billing is normal.
