First, the whole process of taking a reservation online is purposely making you believe you will only pay half of what you will really pay at the end .... at no point I thought that it will be double... Uhaul , you are trying to trick people, it strongly made me believe I would pay 90$ , but that was only half (its not clear at all when you do the reservation) then just before taking the retals , 180$ .... everything is double. For example on the reservation insurance is 10$ but no, that's only half at the end its 20$ and so on... now that you learn that, you day is planned , you don't have time to rent somewhere else or change your plan. Their app is crashing and not loading all the time.

J’avais commander des couvertures 2 douzaines, il y en avait aucune ok on ma pas charger mais un demenagement avec un 26 pieds pas de couvertures c’etait ordinaire. Le diable que j’avais commander ben lui non plis n’etait pas disponible a cette endroit alors on ma laisser un petit diable. Et pour finaliser le tout le camion avait des pneu d’ete et non d’hiver et nous avons du deneiger le toit du camion nous meme car il avit environ 2 pieds de neige ce qui aurais pu nous couter une amande.
Julie CMa réservation (fait un mois avant la date) a été déplacé 10h plus tard parce que quelqu'un avait fait une reservation plus tot que moi et il ne restait plus de camions. J'ai dû faire 25 minutes de route pour aller en chercher un autre et l'équipement que j'avais loué n'était pas disponible.
