The parking lot of the trailors were away from the front office (1km), at first, I thought I was at the wrong place

SEBASTIAN MThe trailer was stuck on ice. We were alone to find a way to release it. It took us an hour and my husband has a backache after. When a trailer is reserved you should prepare it to be ready for the customer.
Bruno BPower steering was dead, brake was long overdue. The truck died while driving almost causing a crash. I could have died or kill someone. Park the truck,call road assistant they sent someone 3 hours later. Had three different person from U-Haul called back to ask where the truck was... After all that you charge me full fucking price.
