Their is no amenities at the place, not a real uhaul service point but more a drop point. We asks for blankets, dont have, buggy or anything, they dont keep things there. And as client service, you are sitting inside a shipping container!

Carlos AI had a problem with the truck fuel gauge. When I take the truck in Rougemont, the fuel gauge was at 1/2. When I drop off the truck, the fuel gauge was at 1/4. So I put some gas but the gauge didn't work until I put 80$ of gasoline. The the gauge was at 3/4. So I "lost" money because I give the truck back with more fuel than I use.
Marc-Olivier PThe employee at location was acting stoned. I took the truck with 210094 KM (NOT MILES) and returned the truck with 211034 KM (NOT MILES) and they charge me for 40 MILES. When I called him, same voice he yeld at me that it is always in Miles. I've tried to explained that I have pictures and that the cluster shows KM (not MILES) and cut me off and yeld at me that if I was not happy, I had to call Customer service and he hang up the phone. This guy have serious comportement issues.
