I got ripped off, I was told I could pick up and drop off truck after hours, so I just used the truck for 12 hrs and I was going to drop off truck and hoping I would get a better deal for taking it back early but when I got there the gate was locked so I added another 20 miles for no reason and still got charged and the customer service sucked, I told him about the situation and he said I could’ve just left it in an open field and I wasn’t going to do that without anyone telling me I could and he told me he could have explained it to me but he didn’t so I ended up paying way more than I thought I was going to, this is the worse U-Haul experience and I will not be returning again
