I scheduled a wire installation in Sherwood but it was not notnecessary, so I was given a refund. Sadly, I was given a two wheel dolly to transport an 4WD SUV bak to Memphis from Cabot. I request & reserved a full trailer. IDK my reservation was switched my . I had to drop the dolly to the U-haul in Little Rock, get the correct trailer & drive bak to Cabot.. then off to Memphis. Surprising I am disputing a bill for dropping the trailer off at the wrong location!!! I don't whether it was the 2-wheel dolly or the trailer but somebody owes me some answers & a $51 refund!!! WRONG DROP-OFF MY A**! NO CAPTYRONE B.
Don't give old, crappy moving trucks to customers. Our 26' rental truck was a piece of junk! The headlights barely worked, the windshield wipers didn't work adequately, the AC didn't work that well, the truck shook a lot when driving it; and at one point the truck wouldn't even start during our move!ROBERT G.

I wasn't given clear instructions about using the link to verify pictures and mileage and fuel. My mileage was wrong and when I called customer service they were very helpful. Also upon returning to the Sherwood location she was very nice and fix the problem. She said you didn't talk to me when you are on hold at sometimes around two to someone else. Everything was fixed and I am pleased with the servicePAUL B.
Make sure you let the customer out of the secured area after he has his trailer hooked up. I was left locked in and had a problem getting the gate opened.DAVID R.

When I went into the store to pick up my rental. I was standing in line waiting to be next. And a man came from behind me in a rush not saying excuse me almost pushing me down I asked him to slow down and say excuse me. He stated" he use to be a quarterback, and he could have just pushed me down " This rude person was the manager of the store. On top of that, I reserved my truck. When I got to the store, my reserved truck wasn't there. What a hassl! Just wasn't a good day, at all. There was one young lady on her cell phone and eating pretzels in the process of taking care of me. I handed her my ID and she didn't notice it until she looked up. Wow! Im6so not happy. Plus I was charged after dropping my rental off an extra $20 didn't know I would be charged if I dropped the rental off after hours. I'm so done with uhaulKAREN J.

My check in experience was super long and needlessly delayed by Ray speaking with other customers in front of me about the history of Uhaul. Inform the cust they need to walk around the vehicle to look for damage BEFORE they leave the property. Stressful if you don't.
