Have access to drop off at other uhaul locations, not continuously use my card... A major issue occurred with the garage rental unit and this took over 2 hours. I was late for work, and among those that helped were inconvenienced. The system seemed not to be user friendly nor was I provided I feel with patience one of the workers said I quote "you aren't the only one irritated" this experience was not about her it was about me and moving

I would like to give you 5 stars, but the woman that checked me in when I returned the truck was extremely rude. I even mentioned it to her, and asked her to lose the attitude. She said that was part of her job? If being rude and hateful to customers is a job requirement, then I will never return to this location again. The people at the counter are awesome....5 stars to all of them.

I left some Oakleys in the front seat of the uhaul I went back the next morning at 7 AM and the glasses were gone. And I have them sitting beside me talking to the woman at U-Haul

I thought that the staff was a little rude because I wanted to pay with cash. When I said that I was paying then all of a sudden needed more more phone numbers an information than what is norm

the only thing I was not satisfied with was the fact that I had prepaid an estimated mileage and instead of calling to tell me that I had a balance due, due to the fact that the gas meter was not returned in the same spot;they sent an email rather than calling. I don't check my email very often, but I'm had I not checked it they would have charged an extra $30 if it wasnt paid within 7 days. a phone call would have been more convenient

Make sure that you clearly explain that someone isnt "paying" for a set amount of miles. Make sure that whenever someone comes into any U-Haul location, that if they say they didnt drive a set amount of miles, that they will be told "our employees don't lie or alter the odometer and you need to give us our money or we'll threaten you with a collection agency and/or a lawyer." This was my worst U-Haul experience i have had in my lifetime. If you can afford to have someone move your belongings for you, i encourage you to do that instead of wasting your hard earned money on a company that prides themselves on threatening their customers with an attorney or a collection agency, especially if you just spent over $1K on your new home and setting everything up.
