Not the fault of the locale, but the 5 x 8 trailer we received was well used...pretty beat up on the wheel wells and doors. The door latch (at the top) was well rusted, and off-center and did not close easily, but it did close and latch. It made the 500 mile journey just fine, but was by far one of the least well-kept U-Haul rentals I've ever used. So it worked, but wasn't what I am accustomed to coming from uHaul.

I was charged an extra day rental for being less than 30 mins late after moving all day Saturday. You even added an extra $14.00 for coverage. I understand you want to make money for renting equipment, but why charge the extra money if you want returning customers. I think we will chose someone else in the future.

Perhaps have your counter service workers to wear mask, it would be more beneficial for your business. Or atleast until the CDC recommends otherwise, I think, in general, most people would appreciate Uhaul's participation in slowing the spread of COVID-19.

I reserved a 5 x 8 enclosed trailer online at a rate fo $60 for 3 days. We picked it up the evening of the 14th at 1830hrs, with intentions of turning it in on Saturday the 16th. On the way to our destination on 15 May, we received a phone call at 1800 hours on the 15th of May asking us if we were dropping off the trailer as it was expected in at 1800 hours. I looked at our contract, and sure enough, our 3-day rental had a 24-hour delivery window curiously set for 1800 on the 15th. We worked it out, but it seems your management software has some glitches...

Only issue was with billing. I rented the truck one way and had to pay for a 2 day rental. I only had the truck for 18 hours and thought I should've received some kind of credit. I do understand that the billing is standard. But if you only keep the truck for less than a day some kind of credit should be available. everything else was great.

Please with covid19 they need to do better with cleaning inside equipment. Truck was dirty and dusty. Should be clean and wipe down before customers use.

The girl behind the counter wasnt very friendly. Especially when I brought the truck back early. I put over a 1/4 of a tank TO MUCH into the tank when I returned it and when I asked if there was some sort of discount (never hurts to ask) I could get she very sharply told me basically that it was my problem and I was out of luck. Not in those exact words but that was the jist. Never even looked at me while finishing up the paperwork. Terrible customer service. That will definitely be a factor if I ever go back to that location.
