Although the staff was friendly, the Uhaul I reserved was not available when I went to pick it up. Our choice was waiting two additional hours and then driving an additional 45 minutes to pick up the size I reserved and needed or take a much smaller trailer. Neither were good options. I hate to rate this so low, but when you reserve and pay in advance you expect to get what you want.

One of the pins on the ramp was really hard to get in and out. It's on the left side as you're facing the ramp. Otherwise, everything was great!

I drop off Truck an hour BEFORE actual drop off time. Only to recieve not 1 but 2 call say that I had not turn the truck in. So I return to the location to rectify the situation to only be rudely dealt with business Becky and Hannah. Once they realize their mistake they RUDELY sent me on my way without any apology. Will NOT do business with them again

I thought the mileage price was a little steep $0.69 per mile or something like that it was hard to believe I went over 90 miles other than that everything's okay I just think the mileage is a little steep

Apparently when we returned the truck to the young man outside, he didn't put it in the computer. So for two days my phone has been getting messages. So I called the office and they didn't show that it had been returned. We in fact returned it early on Sunday with a full tank of gas instead of 7/8th; only drove 15 of 50 miles scheduled. We also had problems with getting into the security gate to get to storage building being rented from this location. I was told that they would email me a receipt showing only charges from sunday, 07.09.2017.

I was waning to pick up in Wynne, but had to pick up in Sherwood. That was a little issue. But I was given extra miles.

We didn't use the dolly, but were charged for it anyway. We even called to tell Hannah that the green tag was detached when we received the truck, but it appears that nothing was done to remove the charge. So we were charged for something we didn't want nor did we use, and we were told that we wouldn't be charged.

I was told in an email that I could pick up my requested truck (8:30-4:00) at the location I needed At the uhaul counter I was sent an email from Uhaul saying our truck it so be picked soon from A Sherwood locations. I had been fired from my job becase of being too sick to hold down evern a parttime job. So, I alpologize an anyone whp had to deal with me. I'm so sorry! I didn't to be a jerk, I was just nervous about moving costs and that my physical limitation would seriously slow us down. Hannah was extra nice to us - I think she knew I was anxious.

We set an appointment for a trailer hitch and 5/8 trailer for 7 am. When we arrived they said the CJ wouldn't be at work until 9:00am. They said I should make appointments through the call center. I told them I called direct to the store and was not told that it was the call center. The trailer wasn't ready until 3 and even though we called TWICE to verify car and trailer were ready, they weren't. This caused big logistic problems for us.

(1) Website said no trucks were available, but they had several. (2) First truck they issued me had a "check engine" light on. Associate said that truck always had a "check engine" light on and doesn't know why they rent it. (Why don't they just fix it?!) (3) I declined that truck, and since I rented the first truck "over 15 minutes ago" I had to go through all the paperwork again -- was almost charged for the first "rental"!! (4) After ALL THAT, I get to my location and WHAT?! This truck has no loading ramp! You're kidding me! So two women and two children had to man-handle the giant piece of furniture. Why would a moving truck not have a ramp? I should not have had to check in advance or request it. Every truck should have a ramp. Very unsatisfactory experience. And that was just for an "in town" experience.

the young man that helped me did not offer to help instruct me on how to hook up car dolly and when i ask he seemed to be a little bother and did not explain well enough. he then told me that everything was in the truck. when i got home no blanket and no contract was in truck. had to drive to another location to get blankets. The truck had 141k miles (which i understand) but the driver window knob was broke, big pain in the but just to roll down a window, it does not cost that much to fix. Their was no usb port no cigarette lighter to charge phone. didn't notice until was on the road, cel went dead. the ramp would not close properly had to get under truck to get it to close, however it did work the second time. The truck seemed to drift more than it should and it rattled something terrible.

On 6/17/2017 truck was not ready. had to come back Sunday to pick up. and then was told that i would get a $50.00 credit and never did, I told them that my address was wrong on the paperwork,it should be 19 and not 149. I told the guys at the desk about the $50.00 .they took my e-mail,and said that they would take care of it. nope didn't happen,I just want to be treated fairly.
