You were kind and friendly. Please also along with the kindness, giive better instructions about the equipment, and procedures. You as the owner/manager, know the place and equipment, you are there all the time. The customer is new to all of this, from entering and exiting, finding the vehicle, operating the vehicle including windshield wipers, entering and exiting the facility, and dropping off keys. There was a lot of anxiety in this process.
