It's hard to find, but they called and gave very clear instructions on how to find them. It was a very easy drop off.

Elizabeth KOnly small complaint is the "full tank" claim when we pick you Van. Twice it has said it was a full tank and when we fill it up upon return, it goes past the full line and we spend more $ than necessary. Other than that, it is a great facility and everyone is very helpful and friendly!
GREGORY JDave the service rep was awesome!! In my prior rentals, a lock was provided for the back door; I guess that feature may have been eliminated.
