Marshall was great to work with. He was able to quickly identify the van that I wanted when I called. When I showed up to rent the van he was able to set me up quickly. The van was clean and operated as it should. Returning the van was easy as well. Marshall quickly checked the van and sent me a receipt so I knew exactly what my charges were before I left the location. I would definitely recommend this location for renting a truck or van.

JOHN VThe staff here at Ballinger Heated Storage were excellent - really fun, friendly, and helpful. They got us set up with the truck quickly, even though it was a busy time, and the checkout process was very smooth as well. We'll use this location again the next time we need a U-Haul truck. The truck itself was in good condition and ran and handled as expected. The pricing was also reasonable enough considering the cost of living in Seattle nowadays. But really, it was the friendly staff that made this experience shine.
