I returned the U-Haul on the day it was due and they have it as still being out with me and lied and reported it stolen but yet someone else has rented it out and tried to charge me 5,000

There was No gas in the The truck, the person at the front wasn’t professional or knowledgeable about Anything. I gave him 1 card then he said I needed another card which had to be a credit card. That was a lie because they charged my other card. This was a big inconvenience for me, and I will Never use this location ever again.
Mira MDid not know that location was available for U-Haul rentals until you see the vehicles off to one side of the building.
Carlos DOrdered a dollie and 6 blankets. Was not available. Not happy
John HAs I was taking photos of the truck and instructions during the drop off, the owner (of African decent) came out yelling at me asking why I was dropping it off there. I explained to him the confirmed reservations of drop off and he would not stop insisting I drop it off down the street. I explained to him I was responsible to drop it off at that location (as confirmed in my reservation) and not at another location down the street.
