It was a gas station with no one there. Tool 20 minutes to figure out the checkout.

If you were going to advertise that moving dollies and blankets are going to be available at a location, then moving blankets and dollies should be available at the location. I was told by the worker that, we never have the extra items and I’m not sure why U-Haul advertises like we do“. I was able to do my move with only the cargo van, but it would’ve helped to have the other items.

MARK DOther than a hiccup when i arrived as the truck wasn't assigned to me, everything else was very smooth. It was a brand new van with only 1200 miles on it. Got great gas mileage very comfortable to drive etc...Very easy and quick agent free return. Plus you can fill up the gas at the drop off as it is a gas station! convenient :)
