Mark C.I booked the Uhaul truck at your Chatsworth, Ca location which was only 1.2 miles from my residence. I was shunted and tossed around to 2 other locations in Simi Valley in the last minute today morning and to a location which was 20 miles away. Charging unnecessary miles is not acceptable. I talked to Traffic Manager Mr Antonio at 1800 382 3449 who said he will give a statement credit for $ 50. Please give Credit for $ 50 and update the billing Thanks Ajaya
