Horrible to pick up from. U-Haul was full of stuff. Showed up and no one was there to help. Had to call someone almost an hour later. Would not recommend.

I don't even know where to begin. This place was like an old run down shack with a couple of U-Haul trucks parked out in the front yard. There was a man who walked out not saying much. I told him I was there to pick up the 15 foot truck. He threw some blankets in the back and gave me an appliance dolly instead of a hand truck. No instructions. I took some pics around the truck and interior including the dash while running and I was off. Quite a surreal experience.
